The deal, in plain English.

You need an account to use nclips.ai. Keep your login to yourself — an account is for one person, not a study group or a whole cohort. You're responsible for what happens under your login, so use a real email and a password you don't use anywhere else (or sign in with Google or Apple).

You must be at least 16 to create an account. If an account is shared, resold, or used to scrape or redistribute our content, we can suspend or close it.

Access to full courses is paid. How billing works depends on where you buy:

In the iOS or Android app, plans are auto-renewable subscriptions billed to your App Store or Google Play account at the price shown on the paywall. Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings (App Store: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; Google Play: Payments & subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

On the web (dashboard.nclips.ai), plans are one-time payments that unlock a course for a fixed term (for example 3, 6, or 12 months). They do not auto-renew — when the term ends, access ends unless you buy a new plan. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Prices can change, but a change never applies retroactively to time you've already paid for.

Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them under their policies — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play's order history. We can't issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.

For web purchases, email support@nclips.ai within 7 days of payment and we'll make it right. If you cancel a plan, you keep access for the time you already paid for.

The videos, study notes, question banks, and everything else on nclips.ai belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription buys you personal access to study from them — it doesn't buy the content itself. Don't download, re-record, redistribute, or resell it, and don't feed it into other products or datasets.

nclips.ai is an exam-prep and study tool. Nothing on the platform — including answers from the AI tutor — is medical advice, and none of it should be used to make decisions about the care of a real patient. Clinical practice always follows your institution's protocols and your licensed judgment, not a study app.

We work hard to keep the content accurate and aligned with current NCLEX standards, but we can't guarantee it's error-free, and using nclips.ai doesn't guarantee you'll pass an exam.

The AI tutor generates answers with a large language model. It's genuinely useful and occasionally wrong — treat it like a smart study partner, not a textbook of record. Your conversations with it are stored with your account so you can pick up where you left off, and are covered by our Privacy Policy.

Don't break the platform, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking us first, use bots or scripts to scrape it, or upload anything unlawful. Don't impersonate other people. Basically: use nclips.ai to study.

You can delete your account any time from Settings — that permanently removes your profile, progress, and history. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we ever terminate your account without cause, we'll refund the unused portion of anything you've paid.

We provide nclips.ai “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages — lost time, lost opportunities, exam outcomes — and our total liability for anything related to the service is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top and — for anything that affects billing or your rights — email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use nclips.ai after a change means you accept it.
